How to: Menu Shortcuts Using Dynamic Data
04-14-2009: In this interesting 'Tips and Tricks' entry from Alaris, you can see how to easily configure a custom shortcut and add it to Oracle forms tools menu. Additionally, you will see the shortcut is enabled to pass data dynamically to the target form it opens. Windows Media and Quicktime videos are provided below to see the solution in action.
This example is based on a real-life customer solution we provided, for the same module, Depot Repair.
Please note this works for both 11i and R12 releases.
