As one of the founding partners of Alaris, Ralph helped establish an Oracle consulting practice that considers clients’ strategic business objectives as well as their technology requirements. He has endeavored to create a company that would provide honest estimates and a clear overview of the work involved in each engagement. Alaris has always backed this up with a highly proficient team of Oracle consultants and developers that remain engaged every day until the project's successful rollout.
Under Ralph’s leadership as Managing Partner, Alaris has grown in clients and revenue as well as the sophistication and scope of Oracle customizations and upgrades. As the firm continues to expand its reach, Ralph has deliberately chosen to remain active in the field. This allows him to maintain his first-hand connection with the concerns and interests of clients throughout the Northeast.

Steve Salomonsson

Recognizing a solid foundation built on their early success with Oracle Financials and Projects implementations, Alaris made a strategic commitment to expanding the breadth of services in their consulting portfolio. To assist in executing that strategy, Steve was brought in as a partner in 2007.
Having started his career with Arthur Andersen, Steve brings with him more than a decade of experience and a proven track record in full life-cycle implementations of Oracle CRM applications for customers of all sizes, including multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 companies.
Steve’s depth in experience and expertise range across the Oracle Sales and Service suite of products, enabling his proven ability to establish a complete CRM practice and effectively deliver time-tested solutions.
